Michael joined East Balt in October, 2013 and is responsible for all East Balt Quality Assurance systems, food safety and product quality compliance on a global basis. Mike has over thirty years experience providing quality and operations leadership to the food industry working for such companies as Golden State Foods (VP, Global Quality Systems & Food Safety), Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products (Dir. Of Operations/Plant Manager), Unilever Foodsolutions, North America (Supply Leader, Plant Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager), and McCormick & Co. Mike has a B.S. degree in Business & Economics from Indiana University and is actively involved with the International Association of Food Protection, Global Food Safety Initiative & Center for Food Safety.
